Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Vaasvi. Each piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As a small-batch jewellery brand, we maintain a strict but fair policy to protect both our customers and our business.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery, only in case of:
Damaged product
Incorrect item received
To be eligible for return:
An unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) must be recorded while opening the parcel.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging, including box, pouch, and tags.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or personalized jewellery
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
Products without original packaging
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
3. Refunds
Vaasvi does not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Sizing expectations
Minor colour variation due to lighting/screen differences
If your return request is approved (in case of damage or wrong item):
We will offer a replacement, subject to availability
OR
Provide store credit valid for 3–6 months
We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect products.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos
Complete unboxing video
Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps.
5. Cancellation Policy
As we operate on a prepaid-only model, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
Cancellation requests may be considered only within 2 hours of placing the order (subject to approval).
6. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will arrange reverse pickup.
In other approved cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
