We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
3. Orders & Payments
Vaasvi operates on a prepaid-only model.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 8-10 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
Vaasvi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In summary:
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
An unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory for any claim.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Approved cases may be resolved via replacement or store credit.
Cash refunds are not provided.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests may be considered within 2 hours of placing the order (subject to approval).
7. Product Care & Usage
Our jewellery, including freshwater pearl pieces, requires gentle care.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
Store in a dry, soft pouch.
Handle pearls carefully to preserve their natural sheen.
Vaasvi is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage.
